| Bananas are a valuable source of vitamin B6, vitamin C and potassium. Overripe bananas freeze well after being peeled and can be used to make banana bread, milkshakes, and fruit smoothies, among other things. To make it easier on the customers we sell our bananas per banana, not per pound. |
